Timbits Under 5 Soccer - Information Sheet

  • The Under 5 season will commence Saturday May 23rd (other divisions of Lambeth Youth Soccer will begin earlier)
  • Games will be played every Saturday morning from 10:15am - 11:15am between May 23rd and July 25th (there will be NO GAMES played on July 4th)
  • Games will be played at the Lambeth Community Centre and Hamlyn Park in Lambeth
  • Coaches will be contacted by the end of April for a coaches meeting and to have a police check done (anyone who is interested in being a coach or assistant coach and did not fill out a Coaches Sheet at registration, please e-mail Corri at LambethU5@yahoo.ca.
  • Players who register BEFORE February 14th, 2009, will be accepted into the league and those cheques will be cashed without contact
  • Players who register AFTER February 14th, 2009 will be told IF they are on the waiting list and those on the waiting list will be contacted before their cheque is cashed
  • A late fee of $25/player will be charged after February 14th, 2009 (in addition to the player fee)
  • After February 14th. 2009, registration forms and a cheque for $90.00 are to be mailed to the following address to be added to the waiting list:

  • Charge of $50.00 will be levied for NSF cheques.
  • Refunds will NOT be issued after May 1st, 2009;  please e-mail Corri at LambethU5@yahoo.ca to request a refund PRIOR to April 30th, 2009 (there is an administrative charge for a refund)
  • Players will be contacted by their coach with specific team information; if you do not hear from your coach during the third week in May (ie. May 16th) please e-mail Corri at LambethU5@yahoo.ca
  • We will try to accommodate player requests to play with ONE other player that are made in writing at the time of registration but NOT if registration is after the February 14th, 2009 deadline.
  • Games are played on mini-fields with coaches/assistant coaches ONLY on the field (no referees and no parents/caregivers on the field).
